Bates numbering
A bates number is applied to every page of the record. If a document needs to be entered or removed, TAP will automatically adjust the numbering accordingly.
Documents are rearranged in chronological order
Documents can be imported in any order. TAP automatically rearranges them in chronological order based on filing date. This eliminates all the time spent manually sorting documents.
Indices created
Need an index of the documents based on filing date? Alphabetical based on file name? No problem. TAP automatically generates an index of the documents in chronological order, alphabetical order, or both.
Confidential or sealed documents
Does your state have requirements to remove confidential and/or sealed documents from the main appellate record? TAP can automatically pull them out and organize them to comply with state regulations. Examples include replacing documents with omission pages in the main record, Bates stamping
them as if they're part of the main record, indicating
their status on the index and creating a separate record for them.
Revise or update transcript
Forget to include a document or need to remove one? Make a mistake on the index or cover page? With TAP you can easily add, remove or replace documents, make changes to the cover page or indices, and with a click of a button, a new record is instantly created.
